Phoebey is online yoga designed for real people whether you’re a busy Person in need of a quick morning energy boost, or working mother looking to relax with a yoga nidra before sleep.

Work up a sweat with an advanced Surya Namaskar, or brush up on the basics in our beginner classes. Whatever your level of experience, we’ll help you create an online yoga practice that’s uniquely your own. we actively work on redefining 'wellness' as not just being a state of physical, emotional, and mental well being but also relate to it in terms of corporate wellness, engagement and productivity. Thereby transforming corporate wellness into a clever business strategy for increasing organizational effectiveness.

Health benefits of yoga

The practice of yoga asanas develops strength and flexibility, while soothing your nerves and calming your mind. The asanas affect the muscles, joints and skin, and the whole body – glands, nerves, internal organs, bones, respiration and the brain. The physical building blocks of yoga are the posture and the breath.

Dr. Priyanka Sharma Founder of Phoebey is ambitious and driven girl with more than 10 years of experience in Yoga and wellness industry.  Priyanka is Ph.D. in Yoga science, YCB (Yoga certification board) level 3 certified.

Priyanka is Yoga expert, Yoga therapist, Face yoga expert, Hatha yoga expert. Meditation expert, Pranayama expert, Yoga Darshan expert Teacher.

Yoga is essentially a spiritual discipline based on an extremely subtle science, which focuses on bringing harmony between mind and body. It is an art and science of healthy living. let’s begin your Health journey with Priyanka Sharma.
